Harrison I found myself being belittled, humiliated and spoken in ways no individual should ever be spoken to. I have seen this type of behavior from some or even just one of their ticket agents. This is not just about what I went through, but this is for everyone who in the past and present who have been treated in abusive ways at this station. Chicago Greyhound, this abusive behavior toward your customers must stop immediately. Their is a news story here, but their is no news story if your ticket agents begin to treat the customers with respect and like human beings.
